Seeking connection is an integral part of being a human being. Often times our primary relationships with family members do not provide the connection that helps us feel the love and peace that we deserve.

Through the therapeutic process, we can learn about how to seek out relationships and connections that can bring this happiness to our lives. Sometimes this may mean creating boundaries with family members or friends or possibly ending those relationships we deem unhealthy.

Through the counseling process, we are able to seek to restore ourselves and our "families." This may mean our families of origin or simply the friends that we have chosen as our family. I use Integrative and Holistic Techniques to help:
